Story involves a wealthy reckless driver who is profiled in a local newspaper thus making his aggressive style of driving popular enough to propel him into local politics and romance. Film features "fake driver's education" style of film-making.

Comedy version: driving scenes are humorous, his politics stay local, there are more gags, and the romance works.
Dramatic version: more intense driving scenes, his character is flawed, his politics are LA-sized, and the romance fails.

Budget estimate: $35-50MM. ROI estimate: $200-300MM.

Also, 2.25% percentage points on gross revenues of any and all projects that use characters, ideas, merchandise or situations from the screenplay or book will be part of the purchase price to be remitted.
